Face-eating attack driving bath salts ban talk in DC

Florida has already banned “bath salt” drugs, but police say they still may be to blame in the case in Miami where a man ate part of another man’s face off. In Congress, Florida lawmakers are among those pushing for a nationwide ban, Roll Call reports
